DeciScope

DeciScope is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) that makes decision rights explicit, searchable, and enforceable across projects. Teams create a lightweight “decision record” for recurring decisions (pricing changes, vendor selection, roadmap tradeoffs) with a clear owner, required approvers, consulted roles, and escalation path. The app then routes requests to the right people, time-boxes reviews, and logs outcomes with rationale and links to supporting docs. A simple RACI-like view is included, but the focus is operational: preventing decisions from bouncing around in DMs and meetings. It also flags ambiguous ownership (multiple owners, missing approver) and shows bottlenecks by function. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI suggests likely owners/approvers from org chart, past decisions, and calendar/Slack signals, but humans must confirm to avoid garbage governance.
