DecisionLog is a web + mobile app that turns messy leadership decisions into a searchable, auditable record. After any meeting, a manager logs the decision, owner, deadline, assumptions, and what would change the decision later. The app nudges owners for updates, flags decisions that are “stale” (assumptions invalidated), and creates a lightweight trail for new hires and cross-functional partners. An AI assistant can summarize meeting notes into a draft decision entry, extract action items, and propose a one-sentence rationale—while still requiring human confirmation to avoid hallucinations. The goal is not more process; it’s fewer repeated arguments, fewer forgotten commitments, and faster alignment across teams. Integrations with Slack and Google Calendar let teams capture decisions where work happens, without forcing a new meeting culture.
