DecisionLog
DecisionLog is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps teams and solo operators make better decisions by forcing lightweight structure and then measuring results. Users capture a decision in 2 minutes: context, options considered, assumptions, confidence level, and a clear “what would prove this wrong” checkpoint. The app schedules follow-ups automatically and prompts users to record outcomes, surprises, and lessons learned. Over time it builds a searchable decision journal with analytics: which assumptions are repeatedly wrong, where confidence is miscalibrated, and which decision types produce the most regret or rework. It includes a small set of proven frameworks (OODA, premortem, expected value, reversible/irreversible) but keeps them optional to avoid process bloat. An AI assistant can summarize long context, extract assumptions, and suggest follow-up questions—without pretending to “decide” for you.
