DeckDiff

DeckDiff is a web app (with a lightweight PowerPoint add-in) that tracks, compares, and governs consulting slide decks like code—without forcing consultants to learn Git. It creates version snapshots of PPTX files, highlights slide-level diffs (text, shapes, charts, images), and flags risky changes (numbers changed, client name mismatches, outdated footnotes). A simple approval flow lets engagement leads review only what changed, then lock “gold” slides for reuse. It also maintains a reusable slide library with provenance: where a slide came from, which client, who edited it, and when. This is not a magic “make slides for you” tool; it’s a control layer that reduces rework, prevents embarrassing errors, and speeds reviews. The value is operational: fewer late-night deck merges, fewer missed changes, and faster partner sign-off.
