DeclineDeck is a mobile + web app that helps you refuse requests quickly and consistently using short, context-aware templates. You paste an incoming message (email, Slack/Teams DM, text), pick the relationship (boss, peer, client, friend), and choose your boundary (time, scope, budget, availability). The app generates 3-5 concise replies with different tones (warm, firm, ultra-brief) and optional alternatives (later date, referral, paid option). It also tracks what you said yes/no to, estimates time saved, and flags repeat requesters so you can stop negotiating the same boundary every week. This is not therapy and won’t “fix” people-pleasing; it’s a practical tool to reduce decision fatigue and stop you from writing long apologetic paragraphs. It works best for people who already know they should say no, but struggle with wording and speed.
