It then generates a plain-English risk brief with severity scoring, sources, and recommended next steps for the buyer’s attorney or agent. The product is not a replacement for title insurance; it’s an early-warning system that reduces expensive delays, renegotiations, and reputational damage for brokers. It also provides an audit trail: what was checked, when, and what changed.
