It also runs a checklist tailored to property type (waterfront, historic, condo, gated community) and jurisdiction, tracking what’s missing and who owes it. Buyers and their reps can share a controlled link with attorneys, title agents, and listing brokers, keeping sensitive documents in one place with audit trails. This is not a magic “AI lawyer”; it’s a fast triage layer that reduces surprises, delays, and expensive last-minute renegotiations.
