DeepSprint

DeepSprint is a desktop + mobile companion that helps knowledge workers enter flow through structured “micro-commitments” instead of vague pomodoros. You pick a task, define a concrete output (e.g., “draft 3 bullets,” “fix 2 failing tests”), and start a 25–60 minute sprint. The app locks in your intent, blocks only the specific distractions you choose, and prompts a 10-second mid-sprint check-in to prevent silent derailment. After each sprint, it captures a quick outcome note and auto-builds a personal playbook: what time of day, duration, music/noise, and app-blocking rules correlate with your best output. It’s not trying to be a full task manager; it’s a focused layer that sits on top of whatever you already use. AI is used lightly for summarizing outcomes and suggesting better sprint definitions.
