DeepSprint
DeepSprint is a desktop + web app that converts your messy calendar and task list into realistic deep-work sprints, then actively defends them. It scans your calendar, identifies true focus windows, and proposes 60–120 minute blocks with a single goal and a clear “definition of done.” During a sprint, it enforces friction: optional site/app blocking, meeting auto-decline templates, and a lightweight check-in that forces you to restate the goal (to prevent drifting). After each sprint, it logs what actually happened and adjusts future plans based on your real completion rate, not wishful thinking. It’s not a “pretty timer”—it’s a scheduling and boundary tool that reduces context switching. The AI is used for planning and summarizing outcomes, but the core value works without it.
