DeferTrack is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for conscription offices and defense HR units to manage deferments, exemptions, and recruitment eligibility with a clean audit trail. It centralizes applicant records, required documents, medical/education status, deadlines, and communications so cases don’t get lost in email threads and spreadsheets. Built-in workflows guide staff through common scenarios (student deferment renewal, medical review, appeals, missed reporting, relocation), while templated notices generate consistent letters and SMS/email messages. The system logs every change with who/what/when, supports role-based access, and produces inspection-ready reports. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance: AI helps classify incoming documents, extract key fields, and flag inconsistencies (e.g., duplicate identities, expired certificates). Realistically, sales are slow and procurement-heavy, but the operational value is clear where current processes are manual and error-prone.
