DelayDelta

DelayDelta is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that quantifies the gap between “real-time” and “actually available” data across your stack. It connects to event streams, warehouses, and BI tools, then continuously computes end-to-end latency: source timestamp vs ingestion vs transform vs dashboard render. Teams get a single “freshness SLA” view per metric, alerts when latency drifts, and a replayable timeline that pinpoints where delay is introduced (collector, queue, ETL job, warehouse load, semantic layer, or dashboard cache). It’s not a full observability suite; it’s a focused, practical latency accountant for analytics pipelines. The product is realistic because most companies already have data tools but lack a clear, shared definition of freshness. Expect some setup work and imperfect timestamps; the app’s value is making those gaps visible and actionable, not magically fixing broken pipelines.
