Deleg8Watch is a web app (with optional email/Slack alerts) that monitors delegated legislation—regulations, statutory instruments, agency rules—and turns scattered publications into a single, searchable workflow. It ingests official gazettes and regulator sites, normalizes metadata (authority, enabling act, consultation window, commencement dates), and flags what changed between drafts and final instruments. Users set watchlists by topic, agency, jurisdiction, or enabling statute and receive alerts when new instruments appear, when consultations open/close, or when commencement dates shift. An AI layer helps summarize dense legal text, extract obligations, and highlight likely impacted sectors, but the core value is reliable tracking and version comparison. The product is realistic: it won’t “predict outcomes” well, but it can drastically reduce the time policy teams spend hunting for updates and manually diffing documents.
