DeltaTimeline

DeltaTimeline is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for teams that live in project timelines but hate babysitting them. It connects to Jira, Linear, Asana, and GitHub, then builds a living timeline that updates from real throughput and dependency changes. Instead of pretending dates are certain, it shows a probability range for each milestone and highlights the few tasks most likely to push the finish date. It also creates a weekly “timeline change log” so stakeholders can see what moved, why it moved, and what’s being done about it—without another status meeting. This is not a full project management suite; it’s a focused timeline layer that sits on top of existing tools. The goal is fewer surprises, fewer manual Gantt edits, and faster decisions when the schedule starts drifting.
