DemoForge

DemoForge is a desktop + web companion that helps indie devs ship a polished, conversion-focused demo without drowning in guesswork. It instruments your demo build with lightweight event tracking, then turns raw play sessions into a simple funnel: where players quit, what they never discover, and which moments correlate with wishlists or newsletter signups. It also includes a “demo checklist” tailored to your genre (roguelike, cozy sim, narrative, etc.) and a release-readiness score based on stability, onboarding time, and session completion. This is not magic: you still need a good game. But it removes the blind spots that cause most demos to underperform—poor first 10 minutes, unclear goals, broken controllers, or confusing UI. You can export prioritized fixes, share reports with collaborators, and run A/B tests on tutorial prompts or difficulty ramps.
