DenialDocket

DenialDocket helps patients and caregivers manage the messy, time-sensitive work of fighting insurance denials. Users upload a denial letter, EOB, or portal screenshot; the app extracts key dates, denial codes, and required next steps, then builds a deadline-driven checklist (call scripts, fax/portal submission steps, and document requests). It generates a clean appeal packet cover letter using the user’s facts and clinician notes, and keeps an audit trail of every call, reference number, and submission. The product is realistic about limits: it won’t “win” appeals automatically, but it will reduce missed deadlines, incomplete packets, and lost paperwork—common reasons appeals fail. It also supports sharing access with a family member or advocate, so someone else can help without hunting through email threads and PDFs.
