DenialRadar
DenialRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid healthcare billing teams that turns messy denial data into a prioritized, actionable worklist. It ingests 835/837 files and payer portal exports, normalizes reason codes, and flags the “next best action” for each claim (appeal, corrected claim, medical records, eligibility fix, auth gap, coding review). The AI layer clusters denials into root-cause buckets (e.g., registration error, coding mismatch, timely filing risk) and recommends fixes with templates, required attachments, and deadlines. A lightweight rules engine lets teams encode payer-specific quirks without hiring a consultant. The product focuses on speed: fewer clicks, fewer spreadsheets, and a clear view of which denial categories are bleeding revenue this week. It’s not a full RCM replacement; it’s a denial triage and prevention cockpit that can sit on top of existing PM/EHR systems.
