DeployGuard
DeployGuard is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams bot) that acts as a deployment “risk gate” across Kubernetes and cloud CI/CD pipelines. It continuously evaluates each release against a customizable policy: recent error-rate trends, SLO burn rate, canary health, infrastructure drift, unreviewed IaC changes, and security findings. Instead of another dashboard, it makes a binary decision: allow, block, or require approval with a clear, audit-friendly explanation. Teams connect their Git provider, CI system, and observability stack, then define guardrails per service and environment. The product focuses on reducing avoidable incidents caused by rushed deploys, misconfigured rollouts, and noisy signals. It won’t magically fix bad engineering practices, but it can enforce consistent release discipline and provide a single place to see “why this deploy is dangerous” before it hits prod.
