DeployPulse
DeployPulse is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that automatically correlates deployments, feature flags, and config changes with spikes in errors, latency, and cost. Instead of yet another dashboard, it focuses on one outcome: rapidly identifying the most likely change that caused a regression and producing a shareable incident-ready timeline. It ingests deploy events from GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD, and Kubernetes, then links them to telemetry from OpenTelemetry/Prometheus and logs from common pipelines. The app generates a “blast radius” view by service, endpoint, and customer segment, and highlights suspicious diffs (dependency bumps, resource limit changes, env var edits). It’s realistic: it won’t magically find every root cause, but it will cut the time spent arguing about “what changed?” and reduce rollback hesitation by making evidence obvious.
