DepotPulse
DepotPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for small-to-mid EV fleets that charge at depots and keep getting burned by demand charges, breaker trips, and “who plugged in what” confusion. It connects to supported chargers (OCPP where available) and, when integrations are limited, lets drivers scan a QR code at the plug to log sessions. The app forecasts tomorrow’s peak load, sets simple charging rules (must-be-ready times, max site kW, priority vehicles), and alerts managers when the depot is about to exceed a demand threshold or when a vehicle is at risk of not being ready. It also produces utility-bill-friendly reports: peak windows, kWh by vehicle/driver, and cost allocation for internal chargebacks. This is a traditional app with a small AI component for peak prediction and schedule suggestions (not “magic autopilot”).
