DeskPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for coworking and flex operators that reduces revenue leakage from no-shows, underused passes, and empty desks. It connects to your access control, Wi‑Fi, and booking system to estimate real occupancy, flag likely no-shows, and automatically trigger waitlist offers, last-minute day-pass promos, or desk reassignments. It also produces a brutally clear “utilization vs. revenue” dashboard by product (day pass, hot desk, dedicated, meeting rooms) so operators stop guessing which plans actually work. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional integrations and rules handle the workflow; AI models predict attendance and recommend pricing/offer timing. Reality check: it only works if you can integrate with existing systems and if operators act on the recommendations.
