DeskPulse
DeskPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that helps hybrid teams show outcomes, not activity. It pulls lightweight signals from tools companies already use—Jira/Linear, GitHub/GitLab, Google Calendar, Slack/Teams, and docs—to generate weekly “impact briefs” per team: shipped work, cycle time trends, blockers, meeting load, and cross-timezone handoffs. Employees can edit or hide items before anything is shared, and the default view is team-level, not individual-level. Managers get a clear, defensible narrative for leadership: what moved, what didn’t, and why—without screenshots, keystrokes, or webcam checks. The product focuses on trust-preserving analytics and consistent reporting so remote teams stop wasting hours writing status updates and arguing about visibility. It’s not a project manager replacement; it’s a thin layer that turns messy tool exhaust into a clean, human-readable weekly story.
