Employees can quickly log “micro-issues” (too loud, too cold, no focus space) in under 10 seconds, optionally attaching a decibel reading from the phone mic and location zone. The app aggregates signals into heatmaps and weekly “workability scores” by floor/zone, highlighting repeat offenders like a loud printer corner or chronically overbooked rooms. It also supports lightweight, anonymous pulse checks tied to specific spaces (“Is this area usable for focus today?”).
