It schedules 2–6 minute “movement snacks” based on your calendar and computer activity (meetings, focus blocks, breaks), then guides you through quiet, office-friendly routines: mobility, posture resets, light strength, and short walks. It tracks adherence and recovery rather than chasing extreme goals, and it adapts intensity using simple check-ins (sleep, soreness, stress) so users don’t burn out. The app integrates with Apple Health/Google Fit and optionally a smartwatch for step and heart-rate trends, but it works fine without wearables. The core promise is consistency: reduce stiffness, improve energy, and build baseline fitness without needing a gym plan or 60-minute sessions.
