DeskWeaver

DeskWeaver is a desktop-first RPA builder for teams stuck with legacy Windows apps, VDI sessions, and flaky UI automations. It records user actions, but forces structure: every step becomes a typed “intent” (click button, extract table, validate value) with built-in retries, timeouts, and screenshot-based assertions. The app includes a lightweight web console for scheduling, credential vault integration, and audit logs. An AI assistant helps generate selectors, propose error handling, and convert recordings into maintainable workflows, but it doesn’t pretend to magically automate everything—humans still review and test. The real focus is stability: automatic detection of UI changes, versioned workflows, and a “break report” that pinpoints which app update or screen change caused failures. Pricing targets small-to-mid businesses that can’t justify full enterprise RPA suites but still need dependable automations.
