DFMQuick is a web + desktop companion app (traditional + AI) that flags manufacturability issues early, before engineers waste days in CAD iterations or get expensive supplier rejections. Users upload STEP/IGES/STL exports and select a process (injection molding, CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing). The app runs deterministic geometry checks (draft angles, wall thickness, undercuts, bend radii, hole-to-edge, tool access) and produces a prioritized report with annotated screenshots and plain-English fixes. An AI layer summarizes the findings into a short action list, suggests parameter changes, and generates a supplier-ready checklist. It’s not a full CAD replacement and won’t magically “fix” bad design—its value is fast, consistent screening and communication. Pricing is per-seat with a lightweight team tier, aimed at reducing back-and-forth with vendors and preventing predictable, repeatable mistakes.
