DharmaShift

DharmaShift is a mobile + web app that helps Hindu temples manage priest availability, duty rotations, and ritual coverage with fewer last‑minute gaps. Temples often rely on informal WhatsApp chains, paper rosters, and personal memory—fine until a festival week, a sudden leave, or overlapping bookings causes service failures and community frustration. The app provides a shared calendar for priests, templated shift patterns for daily pujas and special sevas, and a simple request/approval flow for swaps and leave. It supports multiple priests, multiple shrines within one temple, and role-based access for trustees/administrators. It also includes an AI assistant that can propose optimized rosters based on constraints (language skills, ritual specialization, seniority rules, travel time, and rest days) and can flag risk weeks ahead of time. This is operational plumbing—unsexy, but it prevents real-world breakdowns.
