DialogDocket

DialogDocket is a mobile + web AI app that helps pairs or small groups capture decisions and commitments from real conversations without feeling like corporate meeting software. After a call or in-person chat, each person records a 30–60 second voice recap. The app transcribes, extracts action items, deadlines, and “who owns what,” then shows a side-by-side alignment view highlighting mismatches (e.g., you thought it was due Friday; they heard “sometime next week”). Both parties confirm with one tap, creating a lightweight “agreement card” that can be exported to Google Calendar or sent as a link. It’s designed for recurring interpersonal friction: roommates, co-parents, managers and reports, client-service providers, and couples planning logistics. It won’t fix bad relationships, but it will reduce the avoidable fights caused by vague commitments and selective memory.
