DICOMRelay is a web + lightweight desktop agent that monitors, routes, and reconciles medical imaging studies across modalities, PACS/VNA, and teleradiology endpoints. Instead of discovering missing studies after a radiologist complains, it continuously validates DICOM sends, checks accession/order consistency, flags mismatched patient IDs, and auto-retries failed transfers with clear audit trails. It provides a single “study journey” view: ordered → acquired → sent → received → available to read, with timestamps and failure reasons. The MVP focuses on the unglamorous but expensive problems: silent send failures, duplicate studies, and broken routing rules after upgrades. This is not a viewer; it’s operational plumbing that reduces delays, repeat scans, and angry phone calls between imaging, IT, and radiology. Expect long sales cycles and heavy compliance work, but the value is measurable in hours saved and fewer rework events.
