DiffPilot
DiffPilot is a web app (with a lightweight CLI) that automatically detects visual and UX regressions between design and production. Connect Figma files plus your staging/production URLs, then DiffPilot captures deterministic screenshots across key breakpoints, compares them to approved baselines, and flags meaningful changes (layout shifts, missing components, contrast failures, broken states). It generates a short, actionable report with annotated diffs, suspected root causes (CSS change, font swap, spacing token mismatch), and a “who should fix this” routing suggestion (designer vs frontend). It’s not magic: it won’t replace QA, and it won’t understand every interaction. But it will reliably catch the embarrassing, expensive stuff teams repeatedly miss—especially in fast-moving product orgs shipping weekly. Pricing is per project and screenshot volume, aimed at teams that already pay for CI and monitoring.
