DigestorOps

DigestorOps is a web + mobile operations app for small-to-mid biogas and biomass power plants that are tired of guessing why output drops. It connects to existing SCADA/PLC tags (or simple manual logs if you’re not instrumented) and tracks the few variables that actually drive performance: feedstock mix, loading rate, digester temperature, pH/alkalinity, H2S, methane %, engine runtime, and flare events. The app flags early warning patterns (foam risk, acidification, overfeeding, rising H2S) and turns them into plain-language actions and checklists. It also produces lender/utility-ready monthly reports: kWh, uptime, gas quality, emissions-related events, and maintenance logs. This is not a “digital twin” fantasy; it’s a practical ops layer that makes existing data usable and reduces avoidable outages and engine damage.
