DilemmaGym

DilemmaGym is a mobile + web AI app that helps people practice ethical reasoning the way language apps teach speaking: short, repeatable drills. Users pick a domain (workplace, healthcare, parenting, civic life), then get a scenario with constraints, stakeholders, and consequences. They write a decision, rank values (fairness, autonomy, harm, loyalty, etc.), and the app challenges them with counterarguments from multiple ethical frameworks (utilitarian, deontological, virtue, care ethics). It then generates a “reasoning scorecard” that highlights missing stakeholders, hidden assumptions, and likely downstream harms—without pretending there’s one correct answer. Teams can run weekly ethics reps with anonymized prompts and discussion guides. This isn’t therapy or compliance training; it’s practical judgment practice for people who regularly face messy tradeoffs and want to think clearer under pressure.
