DiligenceKit is a web app with AI assistance that helps venture teams run repeatable, evidence-backed due diligence without drowning in docs and spreadsheets. It provides structured checklists by stage/sector, a secure data room intake portal for founders, and an AI copilot that summarizes key documents (deck, financial model, customer references, security policies) into an investment memo outline with citations back to source files. It also tracks open questions, assigns owners, and timestamps findings so partners can see what’s real versus assumed. The product is deliberately narrow: it doesn’t try to be a CRM or sourcing platform. Instead, it plugs into your existing stack and focuses on the highest-friction weeks between “term sheet interest” and “IC decision,” where mistakes are expensive and time is scarce.
