DiligenceMap
DiligenceMap is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) that converts messy due diligence workstreams into a single, auditable risk-and-coverage view. It ingests the deal’s request list, data room exports, and advisor workplans, then builds a live “coverage map” showing what’s been requested, received, reviewed, and still missing—by topic (legal, finance, tax, HR, IT, ESG) and by materiality. An AI layer suggests likely red-flag gaps (e.g., missing customer concentration details, unreviewed change-of-control clauses) and drafts follow-up questions, but the core value is workflow truth: owners, deadlines, evidence links, and decision-ready summaries. It produces board-ready diligence status and risk memos with citations back to source documents, reducing last-minute scramble and preventing silent omissions that later become purchase price disputes or indemnity claims.
