DiligenceOps

DiligenceOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns the messy Q&A phase of M&A due diligence into a controlled workflow. It ingests buyer question lists, assigns owners, tracks dependencies, and enforces versioned responses with evidence links. An AI layer suggests first-draft answers from approved source documents, flags missing support, and highlights inconsistencies across responses (e.g., revenue definitions, headcount, customer concentration). It also generates a “diligence readiness” scorecard so sellers know what will blow up later in the process. The product is intentionally narrow: it does not try to replace the VDR or run the whole deal. It focuses on the highest-friction part where deals stall, teams burn out, and mistakes get expensive. Exportable Q&A packs and audit trails make it easy to hand off to bankers, counsel, and buyers without losing context.
