The AI layer flags missing required sections (e.g., risk updates, related-party disclosures), detects inconsistent numbers across slides and appendices, and generates a “what changed since last meeting” summary for directors. It also produces a regulator/investor-ready disclosure checklist and exports a clean evidence package (who approved what, when, and which version). Realistically, this won’t replace your board portal or counsel; it’s a lightweight governance control layer that reduces last-minute chaos and prevents embarrassing inconsistencies that create liability and reputational damage.
