DispatchProof is a mobile + web app for merchants and local couriers that reduces “where is my order?” chaos and chargebacks on same-day and express deliveries. It creates a tamper-evident delivery trail: pickup verification, package photo capture, route timestamps, and a customer-facing live ETA page that doesn’t require the customer to install anything. The app also standardizes proof-of-delivery with photo + geofence + time + recipient confirmation, then packages it into a dispute-ready PDF for marketplaces, payment processors, and internal ops. An AI layer flags risky deliveries (high fraud addresses, repeated “not received” claims, abnormal dwell times) and recommends tighter handoff steps. This is not a courier marketplace; it plugs into existing fleets and 3PLs, focusing on accountability and fewer refunds rather than “more drivers.”
