DisputeProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps merchants prevent and win card-not-present disputes by turning messy evidence into bank-ready chargeback packets. It connects to Stripe, Adyen, Shopify, and major CRMs to automatically collect proof: delivery scans, device fingerprints, login history, customer communications, refund policy acceptance, and post-purchase behavior. An AI layer drafts a concise, scheme-compliant narrative and highlights missing evidence before submission. It also flags “friendly fraud” patterns (repeat disputers, first-party misuse, refund-abuse loops) and recommends operational fixes like requiring signature on high-risk orders or delaying digital delivery until identity checks pass. Realistically, it won’t eliminate chargebacks—networks and issuers can be unpredictable—but it can materially improve representment quality, reduce manual work, and lower loss rates for merchants doing meaningful volume.
