DMARCGuard is a web app (with optional Slack alerts) that helps small and mid-sized businesses actually finish email authentication and keep it healthy. It connects to your domain, ingests DMARC aggregate reports, and turns the messy XML into a clear dashboard: who is sending mail as you, what’s failing SPF/DKIM, and what to fix first. It generates step-by-step DNS change plans, tracks rollout from monitor to quarantine to reject, and flags risky third-party senders (CRMs, ticketing tools, marketing platforms) that quietly break alignment. It also stores an audit trail of changes and provides a simple “deliverability + spoofing risk” score you can share with leadership or clients. This is not a full deliverability suite; it’s narrowly focused on authentication, monitoring, and guided remediation so teams don’t stall out after setting up the basics.
