DNSRollBack

DNSRollBack is a web app (with optional CLI) that adds a safety layer on top of your existing DNS providers. It continuously snapshots zones, validates changes before and after deployment, and lets you revert to a known-good state in seconds—without needing to remember what changed. The MVP focuses on the ugly reality: DNS incidents are usually caused by small mistakes under pressure, and provider UIs don’t help you recover fast. DNSRollBack integrates via API with common providers (Cloudflare, Route 53, etc.), stores versioned zone configs, runs preflight checks (record conflicts, TTL anomalies, missing MX/SPF/CAA, apex CNAME issues), and monitors propagation and query health from multiple regions. It also creates an incident timeline showing who changed what, when, and what broke. This is a traditional app with a small AI assist for change summaries and suggested fixes.
