DocDrift

DocDrift is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that detects when internal knowledge becomes outdated and routes it to the right owner for fast fixes. It connects to Google Drive, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, and GitHub wikis, then monitors signals like product releases, code changes, policy updates, and support-ticket spikes. When drift is detected, it creates a short “fix brief” showing what likely changed, which pages are impacted, and a suggested patch. Owners can approve, edit, or dismiss with a reason, creating an audit trail. The goal isn’t to be another wiki—it’s a maintenance layer that keeps whatever you already use accurate. Realistically, adoption hinges on low setup time, minimal false alarms, and clear ROI via fewer repeated questions and fewer customer-facing mistakes.
