DocDrift

DocDrift monitors technical documentation for “doc rot” by continuously checking whether what your docs claim still matches reality. Connect it to your OpenAPI/GraphQL schema, SDK repos, and CI artifacts; it then flags mismatches like removed fields, changed defaults, renamed parameters, outdated code snippets, and broken links. It produces a prioritized “drift report” with exact file/section locations and suggested fixes, plus a lightweight review workflow so teams can accept, edit, or dismiss findings. This is not a full writing suite; it’s a maintenance tool that keeps existing docs accurate with minimal human effort. The MVP focuses on API docs and Markdown-based sites (e.g., Docusaurus/MkDocs) because that’s where drift is most measurable. Expect some false positives early; the product wins by saving hours of manual verification and preventing support tickets caused by outdated docs.
