DocFlowForge

DocFlowForge is a web app for operations teams to build document automation without engineers: intake forms, approvals, versioning, e-sign, and distribution—then push data into the tools they already use. The core is a visual workflow builder (if/then routing, role-based approvals, SLA timers) paired with reusable document templates that auto-populate from structured fields. It targets the unglamorous but constant pain: “Where is the latest version?”, “Who approved this?”, “Why did this take two weeks?”, and “Can we prove compliance?” It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for deterministic workflows and audit trails; AI only for optional tasks like extracting fields from uploaded PDFs, suggesting template variables, and flagging missing clauses or inconsistent numbers. The product succeeds only if it’s boringly reliable, fast to set up, and integrates cleanly.
