DocHunt is a web app (with optional mobile upload link) that reduces claims cycle time by automating document chasing and completeness checks. Adjusters and claim handlers create a claim “document pack” (e.g., police report, repair estimate, medical bills, photos, proof of ownership). The system sends branded SMS/email requests to claimants, repair shops, and providers with a secure upload page and clear instructions. As files arrive, DocHunt auto-classifies them, flags missing items, and detects common issues (illegible scans, expired IDs, mismatched names/addresses, duplicate invoices). It maintains an audit trail of who submitted what and when, and pushes status updates into existing claim systems via API or CSV. This is not a full claims platform; it’s a focused add-on that targets the most boring, expensive bottleneck: back-and-forth for paperwork that stalls settlements and drives leakage.
