DockButler is a mobile + web app for luxury yacht charters and small-ship cruises that centralizes guest preferences, provisioning lists, and day-by-day plans into one crew-operable workflow. Before departure, guests fill a polished “concierge intake” (dietary needs, allergies, wines, activities, cabin temps, pillow types, kids’ rules). The app converts responses into actionable checklists for captain, chef, and steward/ess, with vendor-ready order sheets and a timeline that survives last-minute changes. It’s not trying to replace booking platforms; it fixes the messy operational handoff after the contract is signed. An AI layer helps summarize long preference notes, flags conflicts (e.g., nut allergy vs. requested snacks), and drafts daily briefings for crew. Realistically, the product wins only if it saves crew hours weekly and reduces guest complaints—otherwise it’s just another form.
