DocketBridge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps courts and court-connected ADR programs manage the messy middle between filing and resolution. It centralizes intake, eligibility screening, party consent, scheduling, secure messaging, document exchange, and outcome reporting for mediation/arbitration programs. The AI layer drafts plain-language notices, summarizes party statements for neutrals, flags missing consent/confidentiality language, and suggests scheduling slots based on constraints—while keeping humans in control. The product is designed for government realities: audit logs, role-based access, retention policies, and exportable reports for compliance and grant reporting. It integrates with common court calendars and e-filing exports rather than trying to replace the case management system. The goal is fewer continuances, faster settlements, and less staff time spent chasing forms, emails, and availability.
