DocketNudge

DocketNudge is a web app (with optional Outlook/Gmail add-ins) that turns messy court notices, scheduling orders, and emailed PDFs into a clean, auditable deadline calendar. Users upload or forward a document/email; the app extracts key dates, rules-based triggers (e.g., “14 days after service”), jurisdiction, and matter metadata, then proposes a deadline set with confidence scores. A second step forces human confirmation and captures who approved what, creating an audit trail that firms can defend. It syncs confirmed deadlines to Outlook/Google Calendar, pushes reminders to Teams/Slack, and generates a weekly “at-risk” report for partners and docketing staff. This is not a full practice-management suite; it’s a narrow, high-stakes tool that plugs into existing systems. The MVP focuses on common U.S. litigation deadlines and configurable rule templates per jurisdiction and judge.
