DocketNudge

DocketNudge is a web app (with optional Outlook/Gmail add-ins) that turns messy court notices, emailed PDFs, and docket entries into a clean, auditable deadline system. Users forward an email or upload a PDF; the app extracts key dates, calculates jurisdiction-specific response windows, and creates a task list with reminders, escalation rules, and an immutable activity log. It’s built for small firms and in-house teams that don’t have (or don’t fully use) expensive practice-management suites. The MVP focuses on a narrow set of high-volume triggers (service dates, hearing dates, briefing schedules) and a small set of jurisdictions, then expands via templates. It includes “human-in-the-loop” review so attorneys or paralegals can confirm calculated deadlines before they’re pushed to calendars. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI for extraction and classification, rules engine for calculations and auditability.
