DocketPulse
DocketPulse is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) for government executives and civil service managers to detect, explain, and reduce bureaucratic backlog. It connects to existing case-management systems (or ingests CSV exports) and builds a live “delay map” by office, process step, and reason code. An AI layer summarizes recurring bottlenecks, drafts plain-language status updates for citizens, and suggests operational fixes (e.g., staffing shifts, missing document patterns, SLA breaches). The app is brutally pragmatic: it doesn’t promise to “transform government,” it helps managers answer the questions they get yelled at for—what’s stuck, why, who owns it, and what to do next. It also produces audit-ready reports and a weekly executive brief that highlights risk hotspots and measurable improvements. Expect slow sales cycles and heavy security reviews, but once embedded, it becomes hard to remove.
