DocketPulse

DocketPulse is a web app (AI + traditional analytics) that turns messy IP litigation dockets into decision-ready intelligence. It ingests PACER/RECAP and selected state-court feeds, normalizes events (claim construction, Markman timing, stays, IPR coordination, expert deadlines), and builds judge-, venue-, and opposing-counsel profiles focused on patent and trade secret disputes. The core output is a “Litigation Trajectory” view: expected next motions, likely time-to-key-milestones, and settlement probability bands based on comparable cases—not generic win-rate fluff. Users can set alerts for pattern breaks (e.g., unusually fast scheduling order, early summary judgment signals) and export a concise report for partners or clients. This is not a magic crystal ball: it’s a workflow tool that reduces hours of manual docket reading and gives more defensible, data-backed expectations for budgeting, staffing, and strategy.
