DocketPulse

DocketPulse is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) for court administrators to manage day-of-court operations: check-ins, courtroom status, continuances, and schedule changes. It provides a live “now/next” view for each courtroom, a queue for parties and attorneys, and a controlled broadcast system (SMS/email) for time changes so clerks stop fielding endless calls. The app focuses on operational truth: who is present, what’s ready, what’s delayed, and why. It integrates with existing case management systems where possible, but can also run as a lightweight overlay using imports and manual updates for courts that can’t integrate. This is not glamorous software; it’s a practical tool to reduce bottlenecks, no-shows, and hallway confusion while giving leadership basic performance metrics (start times, delay reasons, throughput).
